Can you appeal an ADI Part 3 result?
You can't appeal the examiner's judgement of your teaching. You can complain if the examiner didn't follow the law in carrying out the test.
Complaining to DVSA
It's free. If DVSA agrees, your result still won't change, but you may get a refund or a free retest.
Appealing to a court
If DVSA doesn't agree, you may be able to appeal to a court: within 6 months in England and Wales, or 21 days in Scotland. You could face significant legal costs if you lose, so take advice first.
