What happens if you fail a Standards Check?
You get up to two more attempts. Fail all three and you're removed from the ADI register and must retake the qualifying tests to rejoin.
Complaints
If you can show the examiner didn't follow the regulations, you can complain to DVSA for free. If DVSA agrees, you may be able to take another check. Your original result can't be changed.
